Job Description:
The Service Lead for RedPrairie warehouse management system in Phoenix, AZ, involves managing critical applications within the ASM framework.
· Primary Responsibilities: This role includes application support, technical troubleshooting, relationship management, global coordination, process adherence, and incident and problem management.12
· Desired Skills: The ideal candidate should have expertise in Red Prairie WMS configuration, system administration, integration knowledge, and troubleshooting, along with an understanding of business operating models and collateral management.2
· Experience and Qualifications: Applicants should have over 12 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in configuration, customization, and system administration, and relevant degrees and certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, PMP, and AWS
